Jake Nothing offers both ready-to-wear products and custom-made items.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom products, including printed apparel and studio store orders, are made specifically for you.

• Custom items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any designs, proofs, sizes, and quantities before production.

• Minor variations in color, placement, or material may occur and are not considered defects.

Studio Stores and Group Orders

For studio stores, team stores, or group ordering:

• Order deadlines and minimums may apply.

• Production begins after the order window closes or minimums are met.

• The organizer is responsible for communicating details to participants.

• Changes after production begins may not be possible.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Jake Nothing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges

• Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for return or exchange according to our return policy.

• Custom items are subject to the Custom and Made-to-Order section above.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any designs or artwork you provide. By submitting them, you grant Jake Nothing a non-exclusive license to use the materials solely for fulfilling your order and marketing related to that order.

All Jake Nothing branding, content, and designs are the property of Jake Nothing and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Jake Nothing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jake Nothing harmless from claims arising from your use of our services or the content you provide.
